Inside you’ll find all the basics: a cozy couch, a small kitchen setup (sink, fridge, electric stovetop, dishes, coffee maker), a dining nook, and a bedroom area. There’s an AC/heater unit for nighttime comfort, but hey—it’s still a school bus. During extreme temps, it holds what it can.

The private bathroom is just a short walk away and includes a shower, sink, and composting toilet.

The bus opens up to views of the Hill Country and a soundtrack of breeze, birds, and life on the land.

This stay is in the “residential” zone of the property, so expect some ambient character—chickens, dogs, maybe a neighbor walking by. If you’re after complete seclusion, check out our more tucked-away spots. That said, there are plenty of quiet corners across the land for everyone to find their space.
